Those services may include accommodation, conference and corporate facilities, food services and retail. Our use of your Personal data is limited to the provision of those services and the administration of those services, including general administration, administration services, sales and marketing processing of payments and ancillary matters.

Introduction

Powerscourt hotels limited, trading as Westcourt hotel, is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We adhere to the IHF code of conduct on Privacy (the “Code) and the code and this Privacy Policy (“policy”) together with any disclaimers sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect form you or that you provide to us relating to you (“Data”) by any means will be processed. Please read the following carefully to understand our use of personal data. Please note that the Policy relates only to living individuals in relation to personal data relating directly to themselves and not to persons in any other capacity.

We collect personal data from which you volunteer when you provide such personal data to us via our services with which you interact. We may collect and process Data. Including the following, but not limited to,

Full name, Address, Phone number, car registration, payment details.

Any other data taken including but not limited to resume, application material, questionnaires and special requests, submitted or filled in which you may have given. Please note Westcourt hotel hold onto the Credit card details for the time required, and 6 months afterward for Credit card fraud and queries which will then be destroyed.

Information collected when you apply for a position in Westcourt hotel, When you apply for a job through third party websites, by handing in directly CV’s or emailing to the company your CV, we may collect this information and should you be successful we will contact you and offer you and interview, if you are not successful at that time, we will hold onto your CV for 6 weeks after the position is filled and then destroy all CVs in our possession after such time. Any future positions/vacancies will need to be reapplied for as they arise. Emails sent in at random will be deleted.

Any other personal Data received, when taking up a position in the Westcourt hotel, such as but not limited to, name, date of birth, address, PPS number, email address, bank details and emergency contact details will be retained but this Personal Data will not be retained for any longer than necessary for the purpose of performing the processing outline in this private policy. After such time they are destroyed. Westcourt will store the information detailed above on its equipment or the equipment of third parties that Westcourt has a relationship with and/or in an office off site. Such information will be governed by appropriate protections, as required by applicable rules.

What Personal Data is required, Westcourt will indicate to you at the point of provision as to whether or not particular Personal Data provided by you is required in order to provide particular Westcourt services or features to you. Where personal Data is required is not provided by you then the particular feature or service or information may not be available to you. We may also process other data which is not personal.

This information may be used to help us to improve our website and the service we offer, and to offer services to you. You can access our site without providing any information at all.
