Catherine and James are responsible for all food operations at West29, ensuring that quality, consistency & excellent value is delivered at all times whilst introducing some exciting new menu additions that celebrate the refreshing tastes of the locality. As seasoned professionals who enjoy the hands-on approach in the kitchen. Catherine & James will continue to share their culinary knowledge with their hand picked team and establish West29 as an eatery of distinction in the north east.
